FAMILY LIFE CENTER
Our desire is that the Family Life Center (FLC) is a resource for all ages to come and take care of the bodies, and the Temples that God has entrusted to us. We hope the FLC is more than an activity center but that you can experience great fellowship, strength, and growth both physically and spiritually. We offer many opportunities year round through our daily and weekly programmed events and activities.
USER INFORMATION

Any person who is enrolled in a Sunday School class or is a worship service attendee of FBCO may use FBCO’s Family Life Center during operating hours. FBCO members are encouraged to bring guests with them to the Family Life Center. Please limit four guests per visit.

NON-ATTENDEES POLICY

Non-attendees who are not accom-panied by a member of FBCO may purchase a punch card that will allow you to use the facility during regular operating hours. The price of the card will be $20 which is good for 10 visits ($2 per visit). If you do not wish to purchase the card, you may “pay as you use” which will be $3 per individual per visit.

Pickleball Schedule

The FBCO Family Life Center is now offering Pickleball. We have open gym time available throughout the week. During the “open court” hours, FBCO member play for free.  If you are not a member of FBCO, you can purchase a $20 punch card that is good for 10 visits or pay a $3 fee as you go.

Senior Fitness

A “low-impact” workout to increase your aerobic power, muscular strength, endurance, flexibility, and range of motion.

ZUMBA

Zumba uses Latin and international music and moves to create a workout that is so fun you might forget you are exercising. FOR LADIES ONLY.

STRONG NATION

STRONG 'HIIT' is a music-driven high-intensity training workout. Working every muscle using your body weight, you will improve endurance, tone, definition, and cardio while burning calories. Music has never made you sweat like this before.

DANCE & TONE

Dance & Tone is an easy to follow, fun cardio dance and tone class to a mix of current radio tunes, oldies and more. Incorporates light weights & ab/glute floorwork designed for all ladies of all ages.
