FBCO Ministry Updates:

Wednesday Night Activities Update – The following activities/studies will be available:

6P – Prayer Meeting (Worship Center)
6:30P – Adult Bible Study (Old Testament)
Book study looking at the book of Leviticus and how God’s people worship a Holy God.
6:30P – Adult Bible Study (Answers Bible Curriculum)
Survey and chronological exploration of Genesis, lesson #36.
6:30P – Children’s Activities (Grades 1-6) Mtg Room A&B
Children activities involving Bible study, Missions and fun game challenges.
6:30P – Student JAM (Grades 7-12) JAM room
Continued Bible study series: “Watch your Mouth,” based on James 3:5
6:30P – Adult Choir Rehearsal (Choir Room)

Prayer Requests – Your prayer request via the Connection Card will take the place of the prayer board. Paper copies of prayer request will be available.

Drop Box – Has been relocated to the Foyer area on the wall next to the Ministry information boards.

Lord’s Supper – February 28 at 6:30P in the Worship Center.

Senior Adult Luncheon – March 2 at 11:30A in the Commons. We’ll have chicken strips and all the fixin’s from Apple Market. $4 donation at the door. Sign up deadline is TODAY. Call 581-2424 during office hours or sign up in the Commons. Our special guest speaker will be Patricia Deck, VP of Community & Neighborhood Development, Community Partnership. Ms. Deck will be speaking on taxes for senior adults including how you may qualify for free tax assistance. Remember the deadline!

Annie Armstrong 2021 Offering – FBCO’s 2021 offering goal is $20,000. Please pray how you can support our 5,000+ NAMB missionaries. Collected: $440

VBS 2021 – (Save the Date) July 12-16. Join us this Summer for Destination Dig! “Unearthing the Truth About Jesus” Jeremiah 29:13.

Clothing Needs – Our Clothing Ministry is in need of underwear of all sizes for children and adults. During the month of March, would you be willing to pick up a pack of underwear and donate to the ministry? You can leave your donation in the big black tub in the west entry or in the tub outside the Church Office. Thank you for your assistance to help people in our community.

Operation Christmas Child 2021 – Our Goal for 2021 is 2000+ shoeboxes. If you don’t want to shop in person, check out our Wish List on Amazon or donate money for supplies and/or shipping. Just mark the check or envelope which it is. In March, we are collecting small cars & trucks (like hot wheels or matchbox), colored pencils, marbles, jacks, bar soap, ballpoint pens, small balls, coloring books & fabric.

Preschool Ministry:
Preschool Bible Studies for Life – The Bible Studies for Life app is now part of the LifeWay Kids app. Download the LifeWay: Kids app and then open the current quarter of study. All the content is FREE! The app is great for parents and preschoolers at home.

Children’s Ministry:
Camp Siloam – June 21-25. For Children having completed grades 3-6. Total cost is $269 per Child. There will be an opportunity to raise money that will go towards camp through a Spaghetti Fundraiser. More information to come.

TCBA Spark Camp – June 7-10 at Baptist Hill. For Children who have completed grades 3-6. More information to come.

Children’s Church Schedule – There will be NO Children’s Church on Sunday, February 28. We will resume March 7. Children’s Church starts at 10:30A on Sunday mornings in the JAM room. For Kindergarten-4th grade.

Student Ministry:
D-NOW – Save the date, March 26-28. More information to come.

Camp Siloam – July 19-23. For Students having completed grades 7-12. Total cost is $269 per Student. There is money to be earned for camp by working Upward Basketball this season. See Pastor Jeffrey or Blake Hayworth for more info. Deposit envelopes are available in the Foyer or Church Office.

Student JAM – Join us on Wednesday nights from 6:30P – 7:45P in the JAM room. For 7th-12th graders.


FBCO Sunday School Protocol:
1. All Sunday School rooms will strive to be Social Distanced.
***If class attendance inhibits social distancing, an alternate room will be used to ensure healthy distancing, signs will be posted.***
2. Preschool/Nursery Sunday School workers will be masked and continue current Covid-19 department protocol.
3. Student and Children’s Sunday School and Children’s Church workers will be masked, when not social distanced and continue current Covid-19 department protocol.
4. Preschool Sunday School and ETC/Nursery parents are HIGHLY encouraged to utilize the weekly sign-up’s via the church website/emails.
5. Shared rooms between the 9am & 10:30am Sunday School classes will utilize class members/volunteers to wipe down high contact surfaces. (Supplies will be available in each room.)
6. Exterior doors will lock approx. 10:45am, please use West Office Entrance & North door entrances to enter the building.

If you are sick, experience flu-like symptoms or have been directed to quarantine – PLEASE STAY HOME! FBCO worship can always be viewed on-line each week at the church website www.fbcozark.org or viewed on demand anytime at the FBCOzark Youtube channel.

** NO FLC or Gym hours on Wednesday nights **

** FLC Closure Policy: IF the Ozark School District cancels school the Family Life Center will also be closed. **
